We are experts in marketing, systems/software development, and sales management, as well as call center and CRM design and management.

James Kropp, President

James Kropp, CEO, has over 16 years experience with technology and marketing companies. He was a founding partner of The Argo Group, Inc. and New Image Specialists, LLC. The Argo Group, Inc. is a consulting and technology company and New Image Specialists, LLC was a marketing and operations company. Mr. Kropp has an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BSEE from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Douglas P. Boyd, VP of Client Services

Douglas Boyd is responsible for management of the Client Services team, client performance metrics, client performance reporting, Signature Guest feedback on clients, protocols for client Signature Certified program and client lead management services.

Prior to joining SignatureSpecialists, Doug was Vice President of Client Services and Chief Technology Officer for Stevens Communcations, a call center technology systems integrator. He was responsible for all aspects of professional services at Stevens Communications, including project management, systems integration, consulting, application development and customer training. Before joining Stevens Communications, he held various consulting and technology positions at Watson Wyatt Worldwide and served clients such as Ameritech, Abbott Laboratories, Becton Dickinson, Bell Atlantic, Florida Power and Light, Martin Marietta, Tennessee Valley Authority, and United Technologies. Doug holds a B. A. in economics from Harvard University.

Peter Stephens, VP of Business Development

Peter Stephens, Regional Director, is responsible for business development activities throughout the United States. His background includes 18 years of experience in business development and sales positions. Mr. Stephens was a founding member of OmniChoice, Inc., an on-line marketing firm, and has held various positions with Lockheed Martin, Sprint Telecommunications, and Ernst & Young. Mr. Stephens has a BIE from Georgia Tech and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
