Aesthetic Segment Manager

General Description

The Aesthetic Segment Manager has P&L responsibility for the Signature Consumer Aesthetic business. Aesthetic Segment Manager will focus on guest acquisition, generating superior guest/user experiences, creating repeat user experiences and maximizing revenue and profits for this segment. They will be responsible for developing marketing plans and strategies and success will be measured by increased guest volume, increased revenue per guest, guest satisfaction measurements and guest Revenue/Cost ratios. To accomplish their goals they will work frequently with the on line marketing team, off line marketing, liaison guest services, client solutions and the technology development group.


Internet Based Marketing Initiatives.

  • Knowledge of Social Media and Mobile Applications
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, online advertising efforts for stable of website properties.
  • Knowledge of meaningful and compelling website content and design.

CRM Database Marketing Initiatives

  • Cross Marketing Programs for Existing Consumer Database
  • Development and implementation of social media and email dialog.
  • Liaison script and presentation development maximizing guest experiences and referral business.
  • Evaluation of guest experience touch points including electronic media and telephone interfaces.

Off-line marketing programs.

  • Oversee development of collateral materials and evaluate tradeshow opportunities.
  • Establish off line referral networks.
  • Implement direct marketing programs.


  • Effectively communicates relevant marketing information to superior and related group heads.
  • Effectively working with internal company groups to establish distribution and revenue generating opportunities.

Budget Execution

  • Develop and Manage designated annual marketing budget.
  • Maximize Profit and ROI from budget allocations.
  • Effective analysis of performance metrics.

EDUCATION / Skills Required

  • Degree in marketing or relevant experience.
  • 4+ years in the personal aesthetic marketing industry
  • Strong experience with CRM systems, consumer interfaces and social media
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with external support groups.
  • Excellent project manager for internal and external resources
  • Comfortable with data analysis and customer statistics


  • Reports to the President of the Company.
