Client Solutions Manager

General Description


A Client Solutions Manager manages communication with clients, marketing segment manager and guest services to successfully deliver services. Accountable for Service Delivery, Client Satisfaction, and Client Retention. Serves as the 'voice of the client' with the internal organization to ensure that all service delivery expectations are met. Prepares reports for management and client regarding status of programs.


Specific Work Performed:


  • Monitor work by guest services and marketing meet program goals.
  • Oversee the communication of all program information and requirements with the client & internal operations.
  • Develop and maintain a clear understanding of services and procedural information to ensure proper servicing of client.
  • Handle and resolve day-to-day questions, challenges, problems and conflicts that arise with executing the program. Escalate to management when appropriate and necessary.
  • Prepare and distribute relevant clients & management reports.
  • Build and maintain open, communicative, and team-oriented relationships with all other departments and the client.
  • Manage practice needs and concerns, maintaining contact with practices via email, fax and telephone
  • Manage Client Information updates (Knowledge Book)
  • Participate in practice Kick-off meetings
  • Maintain and monitor attendance and conversion reporting
  • Communicate with clients concerning scheduling requirements and obtain preferred scheduling accommodations
  • Elevate communication with owners/practice decision makers.
  • Assist in Client Specific Liaison Training

EDUCATION / Skills Required


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in account, client program or product management.
  • Excellent demeanor, ability to exercise diplomacy, good judgment and discretion.
  • Ability interface effectively with clients and all internal departments.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, planning and business skills.
  • Computer literate, with specific knowledge of Microsoft Office, database applications preferred.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Superior organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to deal with rapidly shifting priorities.

Supervision


  • A Client Solutions Manager works with other Client Solutions Managers and reports to the Chief Operating Officer
