Reputation Management Consultant


SignatureForum—a growing, fast-paced marketing company—is looking for marketers eager to expand their skill set into reputation management. Signature's clients touch multiple industries, allowing a reputation management liaisons versatility for reaching a wide variety of consumers on a multiple online platforms. Subject areas include cosmetic surgery, home improvement, health & fitness, and more.

If you have a general knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and social media, that is a plus. Overall, applicants must demonstrate a positive attitude and a keen desire to learn and grow with the company.


As a SignatureForum Reputation Management consultant, you report to the SEO Specialists (currently Mark Hing). Your main job is managing online reputations for various clients.

Assignments may include any and all of the following:
  • Monitoring and deleting spam on review websites such as Yelp
  • Resolving issues with disgruntled reviewers
  • Creating blogs, content and design, for reviews
  • Using social media programs like Facebook or Twitter
  • Answering industry questions on websites like Yahoo Answers

Reputation Management consultants may also assist in other projects, including:
  • HTML coding
  • Press Releases
  • Copy writing

Official performance reviews will be conducted with SEO Specialist every 12 months, with potential for salary increases. There is usually a 3 month performance review for Reputation Management consultants.


  • College graduate or enrolled college student
  • Some website design experience (even if it's just a minor familiarity with HTML)
  • Some copywriting skill
  • Knowledge of blogging and social networking
  • People person


  • SEO, linking knowledge
  • HTML experience
  • Courses or experience in media/communication, marketing, or advertising a plus


  • Full time (9:00-5:30, M-F)
  • Starting Salary: $26,500
